ACC is a formulator, manufacturer and distributor of a wide range of speciality silicone compounds for

industry.

ACC shall manage its processes to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and to meet the

requirements of customers and ISO 9001:2000.

ACC employees shall be encouraged to develop to their full potential, enabling organisation flexibility

and providing customer satisfaction and competitive advantage.

Senior management shall regularly review the management systems - and this review, along with the

setting of specific objectives and targets, will provide the framework for continual improvement to

customer satisfaction and to the management systems themselves.

Environmental Management Policy Statement

ACC shall manage its environmental performance, prevent pollution,ensure compliance with all

environmental legislation and deliver continual improvement through the development,

implementation and maintenance of an Environmental Management System that meets ISO 14001. To

achieve this, ACC shall:

1. Work with our stakeholders to identify and evaluate the environmental impacts of our products.

2. Use environmentally sound operating practices and technologies.

3. Set and review annually, objectives and targets to maintain and improve performance in those

areas that have a significant environmental impact. In particular:

• ensure safe and efficient storage, handling, use and transport of all materials.
• manage all processes to maintain emissions to below legal limits.
• optimise the use of fuels, energy,water and raw materials.
• reduce waste by process improvement, re-use and re-cycling.
• ensure safe and efficient storage, handling and disposal of waste
